Al Momin Legal Aid Foundation, is an NPO registered under the under sec 8 of Companies Act 2013, bearing Registration No.: CIN: U85300MH2021NPL361772.

Our main objective is to release on bail, the poor, innocent, non-habitual, first time offender from jail and provide free legal and financial aid and after release do counselling and rehabilitation and skill development. Conducting social awareness in public and provide free legal advice.

We have a team of committed professionals Advocates and tie up with other NGO for Counselling, skill development and rehabilitation etc.

Not everyone is able to afford the costs associated with legal proceedings. If justice is harmed as a result of the “rich and poor” divide, it is not justified. Justice Harry Blackmun was correct when he stated that “the principle of seeking justice cannot be equated with the value of cash. Justice is not bought with money. For people who need justice but are unable to pay the associated costs, free legal counsel serves as a stepping stone.

Al Momin Legal Aid Foundation India, which was established in October 2021 with the goal of integrating legal aid and awareness initiatives, has forayed into a variety of fields, including legal aid, legal awareness, legal intervention, legal journalism, and legal activism, all with the overarching goal of fostering the positive development of society with a strong socio-legal perspective.

Al Momin Legal Aid Foundation India’s activities include the active dissemination of legal information through the use of its official website, rolling internship programmes for law students to assist them in developing a holistic personality with a socio-legal approach to their professional personality, interviews with eminent figures working at the ground level to provide insights into their successful projects, and providing a platform to promote and publish the art of research and legal writing.

The Al Momin Legal Aid Foundation India team promotes legal action because we think that society and the law are intertwined. Because of their close ties, law and society must both be changed in equal measure if we are to bring about the desired change in the world.
